Hey everyone! To sign up for the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, please go to http://www.impex.com/Alcatraz and follow the step-by-step instructions I've compiled below:


This is what you'll see when you click on the link. Please ignore the "Under 18" thing for the time being; I'll have more information about the parent signatures later.

Read the waiver, scroll down, check the "I Agree" box and click "Continue".

Fill in "Lowell MAD" under the "How did you hear about this?" section and check the box for 2005 if you volunteered at the Treasure Island Triathlon. Fill out the rest of the information on the page, and click to continue. (I think it asks about Health insurance - if you don't know, just leave it blank.)

Fill out all your personal information on this page. When they say "All fields are required," they mean it! When you're done, click to continue.

You'll see this page next. Scroll down until you see this:

Check the box next to "Finish Line Food" and click to continue.

This is the final page. PRINT THIS PAGE AND BRING IT TO ONE OF OUR UPCOMING MEETINGS. This will be your volunteer confirmation; if you do not have this sheet, you may not volunteer at the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. Please also write your reg number (and last name) somewhere on the print-out before turning it in.
