For those who still want to volunteer for the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, please go here to download the waiver and put it into my reg box (0701) before mod 1 on Thursday, June 1st. You may also turn in your completed waiver to any MAD officer you see running around school.

If you think you turned in a waiver, but your name is not on the list, please email me with your name, but also print out another waiver and turn it in by Thursday just in case I don't find yours.
